Daniel + Haleigh are the absolute sweetest couple! The love they share is just so infectious + makes you want to be around them constantly! So when Haleigh mentioned she wanted to swap their big outdoor wedding for a small intimate mountain wedding we jumped on the idea!

There’s just something so magical about a mountain wedding. I’m not even sure where to begin in describing it. But as we drove over the Blue Ridge Mountains on their wedding day and saw the fog + mist setting in – it just felt like a scene from a movie!

Let’s be honest, when a bride hears that it’s supposed to rain on their wedding day, there’s a drop in their stomach about how that will affect their outdoor ceremony plans + obviously pictures too! We’ve all been there (us included!), but can you tell it was raining during the majority of these photos? No siree! So if your heart is pulling you to have an outdoor ceremony between rain showers, just say YES! It’s your wedding day after all 🙂
