Catherine grew up in Virginia. She went to James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA and became an Occupational Therapist. Eventually she decided to focus on burn patient rehab which led her and her now 8 year old daughter, Ava, to New York.

Tom grew up in Westchester and is currently teaching at a school for emotionally disturbed children.  He also coaches football and JV baseball, in addition he also is playing on a baseball and softball teams in the summer.

Catherine and Tom started dating in the winter of 2012 and Tom proposed on Christmas Eve (How romantic!!) Their August 2015 wedding at the Hanover Arts & Activities Center was one for the books + was absolutely stunning!

Catherine + Tom we wish you nothing but a life full of happiness and we hope you two enjoyed your wedding day as much as we did!

We just loved all the vivid colors at Catherine + Tom’s Weddings. Who wouldn’t love a nice navy + gray wedding?

Catherine’s dress had me speechless + finding the perfect tree to hang it from was even better!

Catherine’s wedding programs were GENIUS for an outside wedding. Simply open them up and VOILA you have a fan!! And not to mention their gorgeous rings!

We enjoyed getting to know Tom’s family: especially his mom + dad!

Oksan + Izel came all the way from Capri! We were delighted to get to know their sweet souls!

Catherine’s wedding was super special! Not only did her father walk her down the aisle, but he ALSO married them! How special is that?

We seriously lucked out with the BEST weather possible for an outdoor wedding!

We LOVED working with Catherine + Tom’s wedding party! They had so much energy that it was contagious!

This Downtown Ashland wedding was definitely one for the books!

Seriously, those chandeliers, that kiss + the gorgeous lighting were a DREAM!

Confession time: we may or may not have shot through a rather large floral arrangement to get this shot! And we wouldn’t change it for anything in the world!
